In an Emergency
This website is not monitored in real time and must never be used to report a medical or dental emergency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, difficulty breathing, or uncontrolled bleeding, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
For a dental emergency during opening hours, call the office nearest you: 416-291-0306 (Scarborough) or 905-636-9770 (Milton).
Booking Appointments
This website does not take appointment requests or other forms. To book, please call the office. An appointment is confirmed only when you have agreed a date and time with a member of our team.
The Website Chat Assistant
This site offers an automated chat assistant for general questions about the practice — hours, locations, services, and what to expect. Please note:
- It is software, not a person, and not a clinician.
- It does not give dental or medical advice, and it will not recommend medications, products, or home remedies.
- It cannot book, change, or cancel appointments, and it cannot access your records.
- It may be wrong or incomplete. Nothing it says should be relied on in place of speaking to our team.
- Please do not type personal health information into the chat. Messages are transmitted to a third-party provider to generate a reply, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Accuracy of Information
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. Fees, coverage rules, hours, and clinical guidance all change. Where this website and our office disagree, please rely on what the office tells you.
Where we link to external websites, we do so for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
